Rolo Stuffed Pretzel Crackers

This is such a quick and delicious snack. If you like the combination of sweet and salty, you will love these Rolo Stuffed Pretzel Crackers!

  • 1 box Town House Flipside crackers pretzel flavor
  • 1 12 ounce bag Rolo candies
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place one layer of crackers across it.

  3. Top each cracker with 2 Rolos.

  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes until chocolate is melty, but not totally melted.

  5. Remove from oven and immediately lightly top with another cracker so the Rolos are sandwiched. Be careful not to press down too hard on the crackers. You do not want the candy to come out from the sides of the cracker sandwich.

  6. Cool at room temperature and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
