As soon as I saw these pretzel crackers on the grocery store shelf, I knew they would be amazing with chocolate. Chocolate and caramel? Even better! You will love how quick and easy these sweet and salty snacks come together. Be sure to make a lot of them though, because they will disappear just as fast as you can make them.

Rolo Stuffed Pretzel Crackers will most likely be the easiest recipe I will ever share with you (only because it doesn’t get any easier than this) but don’t let that take away from its value. This is such a delicious snack that can be served at a get-together, party, or even as a thoughtful little gift. Don’t they look so sweet all boxed up? Here is where you can find the boxes I used. BRP Box shop is my go-to place for bakery boxes!
Rolos are a favorite candy of mine so choosing them over plain chocolate for this snack was a no brainer. I found that the 12 oz. bag pictured below was the perfect amount of Rolos per box of crackers.
Now, I have seen Rolo Cracker sandwiches on Pinterest using Ritz crackers and while that certainly is a tasty option I am a fan of chocolate covered pretzels and wanted to go more in that direction.
How To Make Rolo Stuffed Pretzel Crackers
Assembling and baking these cracker sandwiches couldn’t be easier! Check out my video and then we can talk about it…
The first thing to do is preheat your oven to 325 degrees and start unwrapping your candies.
Once your candies are all unwrapped, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay one layer of crackers across the tray. I wanted each bite to have the taste of both the cracker side and the pretzel side. I arranged the crackers so that the cracker side was on the outside on the bottom and the pretzel side was on the outside of the top. I may be too concerned with uniformity… You can just do them however you prefer.
Next, place your Rolo topped crackers into the oven for anywhere between 3-5 minutes. You are looking for melty, not totally melted.
Finally, as soon as you pull them out of the oven, top the Rolos with another cracker so they are sandwiched. Press the crackers on lightly… you don’t want all the candy to come out of the sides.
Just cool them at room temperature and enjoy!
I found that each box of crackers makes about 24 treats. So that means you will use about 48 crackers and 48 Rolos.

This is such a quick and delicious snack. If you like the combination of sweet and salty, you will love these Rolo Stuffed Pretzel Crackers!
- 1 box Town House Flipside crackers pretzel flavor
- 1 12 ounce bag Rolo candies
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place one layer of crackers across it.
Top each cracker with 2 Rolos.
Bake for 3-5 minutes until chocolate is melty, but not totally melted.
Remove from oven and immediately lightly top with another cracker so the Rolos are sandwiched. Be careful not to press down too hard on the crackers. You do not want the candy to come out from the sides of the cracker sandwich.
Cool at room temperature and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
