It’s summertime but the livin’ sure isn’t easy yet… haha. To say things have been hectic might be an understatement. School let out late this year (towards the end of June) so we jumped right into camp and summer activities. With everything going, on I feel like the 4th of July just snuck right up on me! I had no plan as to what I could make. Then, inspiration struck. I was working outside at my parents’ farm, sweaty from all the mowing and summer heat. It had me craving a freezer pop. You know, the kind we all ate as kids? Different colors of frozen, sugary, water. The ones you had to cut the top off of to eat. That hecticness I just mentioned also had me craving a glass of wine.
